I’m Jalen Oban, a professional photographer and filmmaker with a focus on landscapes and wildlife. Growing up on the wide-open prairies of North Dakota taught me to chase expansive horizons; living in Eugene, Oregon now gives me year-round access to rugged coastlines, ancient forests, and volcanic peaks—launchpads for projects around the world.

 

Whether I’m hiking before dawn for a sunrise, framing puffins along a cliff edge, or crafting a short film that stitches those moments into a larger narrative, my goal stays the same: authentic visuals that let viewers feel place, motion, and mood.
